Please refer to the our Learner Support Course Page in the first instance. You will also find Accessibility Guides for each unit on the OCA website.
Our flexible degree structure and Learner Support Team provides peace of mind to many students who carry out their studies with a disability, long-term condition or mental health condition.
You can complete our Disability Support Form where you can use to tell us about your disability, how it affects you, and any support you may need to access the course.
Note: If you need extra time due to a disability you have recorded with OCA. You are entitled to a reasonable adjustment extension of up to 3 months per unit. This can be agreed upon via email to Learner Support.
Once you have reviewed these if you would like to talk to a member of the Learner Support Team please submit a ticket via the helpdesk, or book a call via the Learner Support Page.
If you are not yet a student with us you will be unable to book a call via the Student Handbook, and should instead submit a ticket to request a call, or leave a voicemail at 01226 978618 with your details and availability. You may also wish to take a read of our Studying with Disabilities, Health Issues and Caring Responsibilities page.
