OCA is always sorry to lose a student, but we do appreciate that sometimes this is the right way forward for you.
Please refer to the Withdrawing section within the Student Handbook, particularly the section on ‘Things to consider before withdrawing’, which provides further advice and guidance on the possible study and financial implications before making your decision.
If you are certain of your decision, the withdrawal form is also included in the Withdrawing section within the Student Handbook, and can be returned to cancellationsandwithdrawals@oca.ac.uk who will confirm your withdrawal. Alternatively if you are still within the 14 day cancellation period, you should use the Cancellation form.
You will be sent a transcript of any credits you have gained from The Open University (or UCA if you have not had any units assessed with The OU) after withdrawing, so please keep the Registry Team up to date with any change of address prior to receiving that, at registry@oca.ac.uk.
